Established in 1992, the Nashville Sports Council has been the driving force of sports tourism and culture in Music City by recruiting and hosting events that’ve resulted in over $900 million in direct economic impact. We are a 501(c)6 non-profit, membership-driven organization dedicated to connecting our city’s sports and business communities together.

- Within 20 miles of Nashville, there are 20 Universities (18 Private & 2 Public Colleges)
- Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena has been named Arena of the Year for 2021

Highlighted Facilities
Bridgestone Arena
Bridgestone Arena is a multi-purpose venue in downtown Nashville. It is home to the NHL team the Nashville Predators and hosts the annual SEC Men’s Basketball Tournament. This arena has a capacity of 20,000.
Nissan Stadium
Nissan Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in downtown Nashville. It is home to the NFL team the Tennessee Titans and the college TSU Tiger’s. Every December the Stadium hosts the TransPerfect Music City Bowl. The capacity for this stadium is 69,143.
Municipal Auditorium
The Municipal Auditorium is an indoor sports and concert venue, that also house the Musicians Hall of Fame Museum. The capacity for this venue is 9,700.
Geodis Park
Geodis Park is a 30,000 seat-soccer-specific stadium. It is home to the MLS team Nashville SC. It opened in 2022 and will eventually turn into a multi-use facility.
Centennial Sportsplex
Centennial Sportsplex is a multi-use athletic complex. Some of it’s major uses are aquatics, ice skating, hockey, and tennis.
